How long does order processing take? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). You will receive a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched from our international distribution centre.

How long does shipping take to Canada? For our Canadian customers, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Combined with our processing time, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–11 business days.

Do you charge restocking fees? No. At Zeravia, we believe in a transparent and fair shopping experience. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 CAD) for returned items.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Because we strive for fast fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel orders after this window. If you need to make a change, please contact support@zeravia-shop.com immediately for assistance.

What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in our packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@zeravia-shop.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
